The clutches

The clutches are done and starting their journey to me. This should be 40 days but the shipping took a lot time for rhe backpacks and purses so I am not holding my breath.

I also was able to test a6 paper in my sample clutch and it fit so beautifully! 

A doodle I found!

I found this doodle of the crossbody bag from 7/2/2019. I dont think this was the first moment of the concept but it is neat to see how long this journey has been for me.

The tracking of the backpacks and the purses FINALLY made movement today, and the estimated time they will arrive to me is FRIDAY! If you ordered without clutches and you want us to try and get yours to you before Christmas, please let us know ASAP via email. [email protected]

Otherwise please have patience while I woll have the bags I am also packing to move in January. So please expect the fulfillment process to be a multi month process. 

The Backpacks and Purses are in the port

Back Pack and Purses

Good news first, The Sakura Hive Ita Backpacks and purses have arrived at the United States Port. However, That was November 5th, and since then there has been no movement. This is because of a congestion at the ports. Once I have more news I will let you all know! 

Clutches

As for the Clutches I am told it will be 10 more days until they start their shipping process to me. That means if you pledged or pre-ordered with a clutch your order will not be shipping until next year. 

Fulfillment

Please keep in mind fulfillment of the bags (the shipping process after I receive them) will take months, this is a small team and we both work full time job. If you need your pledge pushed to the front for any reason PLEASE email me so I can put your pledge/pre-order on priority.

Charging Cards on October 22nd

It is important to reiterate if you are a Kickstarter Backers who selected card for your BackerKit survey or if you pre-ordered on BackerKit with your card (instead of PayPal) you will be charged on October 22nd!! Please be ready for that charge to go through. 

Update on Backpacks and Purses

13 Boxes filled with the Backpacks and Purses are still on their way to me. I originally thought they would arrive in October but my factory says it is not one month, instead it is 2 months, so they will arrive to me in November.  Please have patience as we slowly make our way through quality checking and shipping the bags. 

Update on Clutches

I just received bad news from my factory, they made a mistake on ALL of the clutches 😭 It is so important to me that you not only get what you pledged for, but you also get the best product possible, so my factory and I are working together to get this fixed. I will let you all know once I have an update on the clutches! 

Pins still in Production

The pins are still in production, I asked for an update photo but I was told the pin factory is closed right now due to an electrical emergency. I will update you as soon as I have more information!!

Please note we will not be providing refunds, but if you receive your bags and there is something wrong with them please let us know ASAP!

The clutches are in production and I am told they will be finished on September 20th. It will take about a month for them to ship to me so I will be getting them near the end of October. Once that happens I can start the shipping process to you all! That means I will be charging the Backerkit shipping (for all of those who chose card over Paypal) in Mid October! I will remind you of this next month and in October as well. Then in late October I plan to start  the shipping process.  If you need these for Christmas/Holiday/Birthday gifts (or for any reason you need to be pushed to the front) PLEASE EMAIL ME!!! My email is [email protected] USPS always gets backed up starting in November, so it is imperative that you tell me if you need yours rushed. I just want to make sure yours arrives in time for the holiday season if necessary.
