Can I see a better picture of Purse and Backpack interior
Unfortunately, I had a tragic loss of all of my artwork files (not JUST artwork for this Kickstarter) shortly before the Kickstarter, this means it is hard for me to make new/change the current graphics. I will be working on making a graphic to show the interior layout better, but please have patience. It will take me quite a while.
The best I can do now is say that there are two large padded pockets behind the ita window. On the back wall there are 2 more padded pockets, one zippered pocket, two Nintendo Switch sized pockets, and two pencil pockets.

Why are you charging shipping after the Kickstarter funding process?
Because Kickstarter charges fees on the shipping cost, and thy wont allow us to mark the shipping per weight. This method is most accurate and fair, as well as the cheapest option for your shipping.

Can I get a refund?
In most cases we do not provide refunds, but please contact me if you have any problems with your pledge. UK pledges will be refunded if the new VAT prevents us from fulfilling the pledge.

How do you know what add-ons I want or what color bags I want?
At the end of the Kickstarter you will be sent and email with your Backerkit survey. during this process you can pick your add-ons, and your bags. You will also have the opportunity to add more items to your pledge from my store.

What materials are bags?
The purse and backpack are mostly Canvas with a PU Leather Ita window. They also have a water resistant lining.

I am not in the United States, why am I being charged Customs?
For International orders (outside of USA) you can be charged Customs and Import taxes. These are set by the country you live in; I have no control over them and will not receive them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m also not responsible for delays due to customs.

My Package was returned to sender. What now?
If a Package is returned to Mei Bee Art for any reason I will hold the package up to 30 days after receipt. We will happily resend the package provided you pay the reshipping fees. If you refuse we will consider your pledge a donation. There are no refunds.

I send out multiple updates saying when the Backerkit surveys close, as well as several emails sent to you directly from Backerkit. If the survey is not filled out in time, we will consider your pledge a donation. This will not come on suddenly, but please keep an eye on your emails, as well as the Kickstarter updates!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
